About Evolution Disability Services

Evolution Disability Services is founded by Jessica Lemon, who aspires to make a positive impact to the disability sector by empowering and supporting participants to reach their goals. She has lived experience, professionally and personally which helps her to understand what is needed from a Support Coordinator and Support Worker.

“As a child, my whole life revolved around my younger sister who has severe cerebral palsy. I have witnessed the dedication it takes from my family to enable my sister to be the best she can be and live life to its absolute fullest.

When the NDIS first began to roll out in 2016, I knew this was something special and would have a huge impact on how my family lived. Although my family has experienced a lot of challenges in navigating through the NDIS, it has also assisted by offering life-changing support to my sister and parents who have been able to maintain their ability to provide full-time care at home."

Evolution Disability Services provides high-quality, individualised support that helps people with a disability build capacity and independence whilst ensuring they have every opportunity to participate in their community, this includes support coordination as well as in-home and community support.
